FARGO, N.D. – Fargo Police have scheduled another in their series of community beat meetings.
North Fargo residents are invited to attend a community meeting for Beat 1 on Monday, March 23 at the North Port Library. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. Beat 1 includes the entire area north of Main Avenue, except for the portion of downtown Fargo (Beat 2) that is east of University Drive North and south of 7th Avenue North.
Officers will begin the presentation highlighting what the Fargo Police Department does, followed by sharing of the department’s 2025 crime statistics and outlining ongoing initiatives in the area. Questions are encouraged throughout the presentation.
Following the presentation, Fargo Police will be on hand for additional discussion.
“This is a great opportunity to connect directly with the officers serving your neighborhoods, provide feedback and learn more about our efforts to keep Fargo safe,” the department said. “These meetings are an important part of our commitment to community engagement and transparency. Open dialogue strengthens trust, builds relationships and ensures we’re working together to address the concerns and safety priorities of your neighborhood.”
The meeting is open to the public.
