Fargo Public Schools to continue discussing attendance boundaries

(FARGO, ND) – Fargo Public Schools officials are concerned with overcrowding issues at its elementary level.

That’s the word received at the Fargo School Board meeting on Tuesday night.

Planning Committee Greg Clark told the board that the changes are only targeting elementary schools. He says there are some schools that ‘have more students than we’d like.’

Associate Superintendent Missy Eidsness says the district is especially concerned with over capacity issues anticipated over the next five years at Bennett and Centennial Elementary Schools.

A vote is expected at the next board meeting.
