Fargo to demolish final of three water towers on July 22

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – The final of the three old Fargo water towers to be demolished will take place Tuesday, July 22nd.

This is all in an effort to save the city money, and transition to a single water tower that can hold 2.5 million gallons of water.

This consolidation will make upkeep of the single water tower easier and more cost-effective with less area to re-paint when the time comes.

This marks the end of the historic water towers, with officials mentioning that residents around the area will not see a difference in water pressure.
