BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak’s name will officially be placed on the June primary ballot.
The Republican submitted signatures at the Secretary of State’s Office Thursday in Bismarck.
According to Fedorchak’s campaign, more than double the required number of signatures were submitted. The submissions come days after North Dakota Republicans endorsed Alex Balazs as its candidate during last weekend’s GOP convention in Bismarck.
Fedorchak is in her first term as North Dakota’s lone member in Congress.
