Fargo, N.D. – The second of three summer training exercises for first responders from Fargo, West Fargo and Moorhead is scheduled to take place on Wednesday at Fargo North High School.
Starting at 8am on July 9th, a number of members of law enforcement, fire departments and emergency personnel will be at the school to run through realistic simulations and scenarios to hone their responses.
The session will last until 6pm that evening.
The public is also reminded that loud noises will likely be heard in that area, and the training exercise is not in response to any threat or public safety concern.
That said, public safety services will be offered during the exercise, so residents should continue reporting emergencies by dialing 9-1-1.
It’s the second of three training sessions during the summer season. The first was held back on June 18th, with the final event coming on August 6th.
