NORTH DAKOTA – North Dakota Health and Human Services says influenza and RSV cases are on the rise.
A department spokesperson says cases have tripled from the previous week and are expected to increase through December.
Flu season typically begins in October and peaks between February and March.
Peaks have started to arrive earlier in December and January in recent years.
Health experts say vaccines, hand washing and covering your face while coughing and sneezing are the easiest ways to prevent the spread.
