(FARGO) — The U.S. District Court says former North Dakota senator Ray Holmberg has violated the conditions of his release.
He’s accused of traveling to the Czech Republic on multiple occasions with the intent of sexually assaulting children. Court filings show Holmberg allegedly used the internet, drank alcohol, and left his house, all of which are considered violations.
He has a plea hearing scheduled for Thursday.
