(FARGO, ND) – A Fargo radio host has been charged with possession of child pornography.
Benjamin Chartier was arrested Wednesday and was charged today in Cass County District Court with a single count of possession of certain materials prohibited, a Class C Felony.
He remains in the Cass County Jail and is set to be arraigned at 9 a.m. Friday morning.
Chartier is the Brand Manager and an afternoon host at Froggy 99.9 FM in Fargo. Froggy 99.9 is owned by Midwest Communications, based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and owns several other radio stations in Fargo-Moorhead. We’ve reached out to the company to see if Chartier still works for them, but we haven’t heard back.
