GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Grand Forks firefighters are battling a structure fire.
Battalion Chief Delray Huot tells Flag Family News that the fire at 1323 University Avenue is under control but still actively burning.
Firefighters were called at 7:15 a.m. this morning to the scene, where they discovered smoke and flames coming from a multi-story building. Crews began suppression efforts and have contained the fire to the building, Huot says.
No injuries have been reported.
The scene is still active, and University Avenue is closed from Washington Avenue to 15th Avenue.
