GRANDIN – A 71-year-old woman is dead after being struck by a train in Grandin.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the crash happened at just after 2 p.m. Friday at the 3rd Street railroad crossing in Grandin.
A northbound Canadian National train struck the pedestrian, who was walking west on 3rd Street.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
