Fargo, ND — The Great Plains Food Bank is 40-thousand pounds of mac and cheese richer.
The food was recently donated by Land O’Lakes and will be available to nearly 200 Great Plains partner food pantries, shelters, and other locations across the state and in Clay County, Minnesota.
Some of the truckload of macaroni and cheese will be disbursed to students’ families over the summer through the Great Plains Food Bank program.
