FARGO, N.D. – Police are alerting the public about a high risk sex offender’s new home.
Fifty-seven-year-old Jerry Holmes, Sr. is registered at 334 6th Avenue South in Fargo. In 2010 Holmes was convicted of corruption/solicitation of a minor in Williams County, North Dakota. His victim was a 17-year-old girl.
Holmes has to register as a sex offender for life.
