HILLSBORO, N.D. – A Hillsboro man faces serious charges in district court.
According to court documents, 48-year-old Robert Taylor of Hillsboro stabbed another man early Sunday morning.
Occupants of an apartment were attempting to get Taylor to leave the apartment when he took out a knife and eventually stabbed the victim three times in the head. The victim and another person left, taking the victim to the hospital where he was treated.
Taylor faces two felonies – Aggravated Assault, a Class C Felony, and Attempted Murder, a Class A Felony.
