MOORHEAD – An iconic restaurant in Moorhead has closed for the season.
The Dairy Queen on South 8th Street closed this week after holding its ‘Stock Your Freezer Sale,’
“Our loyal customers take our “Stock Your Freezer Sale” very seriously! By Tuesday afternoon every cake had been sold and by Wednesday night we had sold out of every single frozen novelty in the store! Wow! Our customers never disappoint,” the restaurant wrote on social media.
They’ve announced they’ll reopen on March 1, 2026 for their 77th season, saying the season ‘will be our best year yet.’
