FARGO, N.D. – Fargo Police will be hosting its first neighborhood beat meeting on Wednesday, October 15 at Roosevelt Elementary from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
The department was invited by the Roosevelt Neighborhood Association and the Horace Mann Area Neighborhood Association to put on a presentation about crime and traffic data in the area including beats one and two. People can also ask officers questions.
“There’s different needs, concerns, et cetera depending on where you are in the city,” Chief David Zibolski said on The Flag. “It’s a really great opportunity to engage with people at that level, provide them real information and data.”
Zibloski would like neighborhood associations or other community groups looking into holding an event like this, to reach out to Fargo Police. More information on how to do that can be found here.
