FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – 15th Avenue South in is currently closed off due to major flooding that was caused by a water main break according to Fargo public works.
First responders were notified around 4:45 a.m. on Thursday October 16. The flooding was located at a nearby U-Haul facility.
It is unclear when the road will be reopened.
