FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly entering an apartment in Fargo without permission and refusing to come out when officers arrived.

Fargo police were called just before 10:30 a.m. on December 5 after a neighboring resident reported hearing a struggle and someone say the word “gun.”

Court documents allege that Richard Robbins entered the victim’s apartment, pushed her against a wall and threatened to shoot her. Robbins denied being inside the apartment, but property management provided video showing him entering the unit.

When officers arrived, Robbins refused to open the door. A warrant was obtained and officers entered the apartment to place him under arrest.

Robbins now faces one count of felony terrorizing and one count of criminal dwelling.
