WEST FARGO, N.D. – West Fargo Police arrested a Moorhead man on a 34-year-old warrant out of Burleigh County.
Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation around 6:30 Thursday night.
They say they found out a passenger, 62-year-old Gerald Mays, had a gross sexual imposition of a minor warrant from 1991.
Mays was arrested on that warrant, plus another warrant from Missouri, along with possession of marijuana and was extradited to a Bismarck jail.
