Man arrested for allegedly making threats at Sanford Hospital

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – An Argusville man is facing felony charges after allegedly threatening security officers at a Sanford Hospital, and reportedly threatening to come back with a gun.

According to court documents, police were called to the Sanford campus at 5225 23rd Avenue South in Fargo just after noon on September 14.

Security guards had confronted a man in the lobby, later identified as Jeremy Johnson, for being disruptive. Johnson was reportedly combative towards security. He decided to leave, but stated he would come back the next day with a gun.

The guards showed police a photo of the suspect from a security camera, and they confirmed it was Johnson through booking photos.

In the report, the officer notes that Johnson would not answer his phone calls and then began forwarding the calls to voicemail.

Johnson was arraigned in Cass County court on September 15 and is being charged with terrorizing. His next hearing is set for October 29.
