FESSENDEN – A man was arrested last Thursday by Wells County deputies and is facing drug and other related charges.
According to Valley News Live suspect Casey Durick was discovered asleep in the backseat of his car which was in a ditch in County Road five. Officials say they saw vodka bottles and a vaping device with THC cartridge. When the deputy gave commands Durick became combative, threatened the deputy and spit on him.
Durick pleaded not guilty and his preliminary hearing is in a couple of weeks.
