NEW YORK MILLS, Minn. – A Perham, Minnesota man was arrested on suspicion of solicitation of prostitution charges at a New York Mills business on Friday, September 19.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release obtained by Flag Family News 55-year-old Larry McClendon, Junior texted a massage therapist the sexual services he wanted and how much he was willing to pay for them.
Authorities say detectives took McClendon into custody without incident before he was able to get inside a business they did not name.
