WADENA COUNTY, Minn. – A man hurt by a bull at the 2021 Nimrod Bull Bash in Sebeka, Minnesota has been awarded more than $2 million following a lawsuit.
Scott Sellers says he was “gored and thrown into the air” while participating in “cowboy softball”. The event has the audience playing softball while bulls are loose on the field.
The complaint says Sellers never signed a waiver after being told it was a safe event.
Sellers was taken to a Fargo hospital for emergency spinal surgery before being airlifted to an intensive rehab unit in Colorado.
