STANLEY, N.D. – A federal grand jury indicts two Mexican men on multiple child exploitation charges following a months-long investigation in northwestern North Dakota.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 26-year-old Lidio Julian and 21-year-old Hugo Diaz face charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Agents with Homeland Security Investigations and the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation executed a search warrant at a home in Stanley last month where the two lived.
Investigators seized multiple electronic devices from the home.
