MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. — Minnesota State Patrol troopers are responding to a demonstration at the Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis, working with the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office.
Dispersal orders have been issued because this demonstration is no longer peaceful. There are reports of objects, including ice, being thrown and confirmed damage. Arrests will be made as necessary to address unlawful behavior and maintain public safety.
For the safety of all, troopers are asking demonstrators to leave the area.
