(MOORHEAD) – Moorhead Police say a suspect in a homicide discovered Tuesday morning has been arrested.
They say 18-year-old Isaac Arthur Arndt, of Fargo, was taken into custody in Fargo and transported to the Cass County Jail in the case involving the homicide of a female. The homicide occurred in the area of 6th Avenue and Elm Street South in Moorhead.
Moorhead Police say the victim and suspect were known to each other.
Police say a long-form complaint for felony homicide charges will be completed by the Clay County Attorney’s Office, as well as extradition to Clay County.
The identification of the woman is being withheld pending further family notification.
Moorhead Police continue their investigation, and ask anyone near the crime scene to view their surveillance footage for any possible activity between last evening and early this morning.
