MOORHEAD, Minn. (Valley News Live) – A Moorhead man has been arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted a child.
Zebulynn Kolle is facing two counts of criminal sexual conduct- victim under 13.
On April 4, the Moorhead Police Department responded to a report of a possible sexual assault. According to documents, the victim told family members that Kolle had touched her inappropriately multiple times.
On November 12, a forensic interview was conducted with the victim. The victim described two incidents between the summer of 2021 and the beginning of 2022.
Documents say the victim told investigators that during the first incident, she had woken up to Kolle touching her under her clothes. During the second incident, the victim says she was sitting next to Kolle while he was playing video games, and he touched her under her clothes, documents state.
The charges against Kolle carry a maximum sentence of up to 25 years in prison and a fine of $35,000. His next court appearance is scheduled for January 13.
