Motorcyclist dead after T-bone crash in South Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A 26-year-old Fargo man is dead after a motorcycle crash in South Fargo.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, on June 7, at 11:30 a.m., a motorcycle was traveling northbound on 36th Street South in Fargo at a high rate of speed. The driver of the motorcycle failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of 36th Street South and Westrac Drive.

A Ford Expedition was traveling eastbound on Westrac Drive, stopped, and proceeded into the intersection. The motorcycle struck the passenger side of the Expedition.

The driver of the motorcycle died from injuries sustained in the crash. The driver of the Expedition was uninjured, and the passenger received minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
