West Fargo, N.D. – A motorcyclist was arrested after police in West Fargo spotted the man riding up on the sidewalk and attempted to speed away from authorities.
Just after midnight on Tuesday, authorities say 41-year old Scott Gregory Foss from Fargo was seen on the bike on the sidewalk at Main Avenue West and Center Street.
When officers tried to stop him, police say Foss sped off and ditched the bike near the Sheyenne River.
Authorities eventually found Foss hiding in a nearby wooded area.
Foss is looking at several charges, including felony fleeing a peace officer – vehicle, fleeing a peace officer on foot and criminal trespass.
