New information released on man accused of walking around Minnesota capitol naked

SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Court documents show new information about a man accused of walking naked around the Minnesota capitol last week.

Prosecutors say 36-year-old Dominic Peace sat in the Senate President Bobby Joe Champion’s seat and called the capitol his house.

Peace had a mental health evaluation at Regions Hospital was released according to the Minnesota State Patrol. He has been charged with second degree burglary of a government building.

State Patrol Colonel Christina Bogojevic says security was fully staffed that night, but a review will determine if anyone would be held accountable.
