NORTH DAKOTA – Nine people are indicted on federal charges related to a meth trafficking conspiracy with gang affiliation in North Dakota and surrounding states.
Prosecutors say a multi-state operation lead to the May 15 apprehension of nine people with ties to the Almighty Latin King Nation criminal street gang.
Valley News Live reports the nine were arrested after a large federal law enforcement search in Oakes, North Dakota.
Those indicted and facing a minimum of 10 years in federal prison are:
- Forty-six-year-old Ricardo Jaquez of Oakes, North Dakota
- Forty-five-year-old Israel Flores of Audubon, Minnesota
- Thirty-eight-year-old Michelle Fuller of Audubon, Minnesota
- Thirty-six-year-old Jose Jaquez of Oakes, North Dakota
- Thirty-seven-year-old Jacob Lambert of Oakes, North Dakota
- Forty-year-old Ashley Bleecker of Belcourt, North Dakota
- Forty-seven-year-old Alfredo Jaquez of Wells, Minnesota
- Thirty-seven-year-old Wesley Tolleson of Wells, Minnesota
- Forty-four-year-old Jason Gulden of Aberdeen, South Dakota
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for North Dakota says the case is part of Operation Crown Down, an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force investigation.
