MINNESOTA AND NORTH DAKOTA – Minnesota and North Dakota officials have issued no travel advisories.
The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning for most of our area until 6:00 PM on Thursday, December 18.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation has closed Interstate 29 from Grand Forks to the Canadian border and has issued a no travel advisory for areas including Fargo, Hillsboro, Grand Forks, Devils Lake, Rugby and Bismarck.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation has closed the following roads:
- State Highway 1 from North Dakota and U.S. Highway 75 in Warren
- Between the start of State Highway 175 and U.S. Highway 75 in Hallock
- State Highway 220 between U.S. Highway 75 and U.S. Highway 2 in Climax and between Central Avenue Northeast in East Grand Forks and 440th Avenue Northwest in Alvarado and between State Highway 1 and State Highway 11
- Between the start of State Highway 11 and U.S. Highway 59 in Karlstad
- U.S. Highway 75 between 300th Avenue near Shelly and U.S. Highway 2 three miles north of Crookston
- U.S. Highway 2 between North Dakota and Stephens Drive in Crookston
- U.S. Highway 2B between North Dakota and U.S. Highway 2 in East Grand Forks
- U.S. Highway 75 between U.S. Highway 2 and the end of U.S. Highway 75 near Humboldt
MNDOT has asked people not to travel in areas including Moorhead, Breckenridge, Crookston, East Grand Forks and Thief River Falls.
