WEST FARGO, ND – More drivers chose to make a responsible choice at the Red River Valley Fair.
ND Sober Ride, a program of Vision Zero, has the campaign to eliminate motor vehicle crash fatalities and serious injuries on North Dakota roads.
“Events like the Red River Valley Fair bring people together from all corners of the state,” said Lauren Wahlman, Safety Public Information Program Manager of the North Dakota Department of Transportation Highway Safety Division. “ND Sober Ride helps people plan ahead, so the good times don’t end in tragedy.”
During the Red River Valley Fair, AAA – The Auto Club Group of North Dakota, provided codes for discounted Lyft rides during the 10-day fair in West Fargo. On Thursday, Vision Zero announced 119 fair attendees took advantage of the discounted rides.
