OTTER TAIL COUNTY, Minn. – A pedestrian is dead after being struck by a vehicle south of New York Mills, Minnesota.
Otter Tail County deputies responded to County Highway 67 around 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 1.
The driver of the pickup who struck the 42-year-old New York Mills man stopped at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation and hasn’t been arrested.
