NORTH DAKOTA – Pembina County has two new cases of measles according to the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services bringing the county’s total to 17.
Walsh and Williams counties have one case each.
ND HHS numbers show 11 of the 19 people in the state that contracted measles this year were unvaccinated for the disease. Five of the cases are people under age five.
People contagious with measles were in public places in Fargo, Grand Forks, Colfax, Cavalier and Walhalla from February 4 through 11. Click here for a list of locations.
