FARGO, ND — A man faces several felony terrorizing charges following a fight at a Fargo apartment complex.
Terrance Lee Stevens allegedly got into a fistfight with a man, left the apartment, came back holding two knives, and walked aggressively toward two women. An officer reported seeing Stevens holding a knife when he arrived at the scene, and Stevens allegedly continued into the apartment with the weapon even after the officer told him to stop.
Police say it took a lot of effort to get Stevens into custody, and he reportedly threatened to kill an officer and his family.
