WEST FARGO, N.D. – A woman from South Dakota is under arrest after allegedly speeding away from an attempted traffic stop on Wednesday in West Fargo.
Police say they tried to pull over 41-year old Eve Jennings Taalak of Sioux Falls near the 200 block of 17th Street East at 1:44 a.m..
Authorities say Taalak refused to stop, but police were able to hit and disable her vehicle a block north of the initial attempt.
Nobody was injured, and a passenger was released without charges.
Taalak is facing numerous charges, including for drug possession, driving under the influence and fleeing a police officer.
