Fargo, N.D. – Police say one person was shot overnight in downtown Fargo.
At around 12:10am Saturday, Sergeant Jordan Korte with the Neighborhood Services Division says officers responded to a report of a shooting in the area of 10th Street North and 6th Avenue North.
A man was found on scene with a gunshot wound.
Korte says the victim was taken to the hospital and his condition is unknown.
Flag Family News saw several police cruisers and yellow crime tape in the area.
Officers were seen going door to door appearing to talk to neighbors who lived in the area to find out what they heard or saw.
“The Fargo Police Department is actively investigating the incident,” said Korte in a written statement to Flag Family News.
“No arrests have been made so far in connection to the shooting.”
