MOORHEAD, Minn. – Police in Moorhead say a 17-year old was shot this morning during a reported drive-by shooting.
In a statement, authorities say the teen suffered a serious gunshot wound in the 11-hundred block of 12th Street South.
The boy is undergoing surgery, and police also believe the shooting was not a random act of violence.
The shooter drove off in what they simply call a white passenger vehicle, and is still believed to be in possession of a gun and is considered dangerous.
