Rain and snow leads to jackknifed semis, vehicles spinning out in Clay County

MINNESOTA – The snow and rain we have gotten is making for difficult road conditions in Northwest Minnesota.

State Patrol Sergeant Jesse Grabow helped respond to a jackknifed semi on Interstate 94 near Barnesville at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, February 18. Grabow said icy roads are making it difficult for empty trailers or those with light loads.

Grabow also responded to several vehicles spinning out and leaving the road because of rain turning to ice and sleet including near Moorhead.
