FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A crash on westbound Interstate 94 caused traffic delays on the Red River Bridge.
It happened around 10:00 AM on Monday, December 29.
Drivers reported extensive backups, with one saying she was stuck in standstill traffic for more than 20 minutes.
