WEST FARGO, N.D. – The Red River Valley Fair is offering a blue ribbon pass for general admission to the fair and pit passes for all concerts and $150.
Five hundred are available and go on sale at 9:00 Friday morning.
The full entertainment lineup is set to be released Tuesday.
The fair also announced it’s returning to its traditional 10 day format.
