WASHINGTON – Florida Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna has referred Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and A-G Keith Ellison to the Department of Justice for a criminal investigation and prosecution.
Luna says Walz and Ellison have violated two sections of U.S. Code relating to conspiracy to defraud the U.S., along with aiding and abetting federal offenses. She says information brought to Congress raises ‘serious concerns regarding the administration of federally funded programs’ under the governor’s authority.
Luna says the D-O-J has confirmed receipt of the criminal referrals.
