Every day they ignore federal immigration law, sanctuary cities put Americans in harm's way.
Their willful disregard for the communities they serve has to have consequences.

WASHINGTON – Republican Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach of Minnesota supports a bill to remove U.S. Small Business Administration offices from sanctuary cities.
Law enforcement in sanctuary cities don’t help federal law enforcement with immigration enforcement.
The SBA provides counseling, capital and contracting expertise “as the nation’s only go-to resource and voice for small businesses”, the agency website says.
GOP Rep. Brad Finstad of Minnesota says his Save SBA From Sanctuary Cities Act, which passed the House SBA Committee, “ensures resources benefit American small businesses and rural communities.” The bill requires the SBA Administrator to determine where an office in a sanctuary city will go to within 120 days of the bill possibly being signed into law by President Donald Trump.
“Sanctuary cities need to be held accountable and they need to see the consequences of their disregard for federal law,” Fischbach said on the House floor.
The only SBA district office in Minnesota is in Minneapolis, a sanctuary city.
Flag Family News reached out to the Minnesota DFL Party for a reaction on the Save SBA From Sanctuary Cities Act, but we haven’t heard back.
