RICHLAND COUNTY, N.D. (Valley News Live) – On October 23, at approximately 3:52 a.m. Richland County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a single vehicle crash on County Road 1 approximately 1 mile North of Hankinson.
The reporting party advised Richland County Communications that they did not see anyone inside the red 2005 Buick Lasabre.
Upon deputies initial investigation it appeared that the vehicle was traveling Southbound on County Rd 1 and left the roadway and entered the East Ditch.
The vehicle then struck and jumped an approach and then rolled and came to a stop on the vehicle’s wheels. There was no driver located near the scene and the investigation remains ongoing.
