MOORHEAD, Minn. – Several roads will be shut down Friday, September 5 for the Greater Moorhead Days parade, which begins at 6:00 PM.
That includes 28th Avenue South which will closed from 14th to 20th Streets South at 4:30 for parade lineup. Twentieth Street South from 14th to 28th Avenues South will shut down from 5:45 to 7:30.
Parking will not be allowed along the parade route on 20th Street South, on the 1800 and 1900 blocks of 14th Avenue South and the 1300 and 1400 blocks of 19th and 19 1/2 Streets South.
Greater Moorhead Days begins on Thursday, September 4 with Moorhead Cruise Night in the Minnesota State Community and Technical College’s west parking lot. Other events are scheduled until Saturday, September 13.
