Several people hurt after four cars collide in West Fargo

WEST FARGO, N.D. – At least four people were injured after a chain reaction crash took place on Monday afternoon near West Fargo High School.

Police say the four-car collision took place at around 3:45 p.m. along the 1200 block of 7th Avenue East.

Authorities say a car rear-ended a vehicle, which caused two others in front to crash.

Eight people were in the vehicles at the time, and half of them were injured.

At least one was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver who initially caused the crash was cited for careless driving, but the case remains under investigation.
