BISMARCK – Health officials are reporting a recent sharp increase in COVID-19 in North Dakota.
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) reported 130 new cases of COVID-19 for the week ending August 30. An additional 110 were reported the week following, with 111 new cases two weeks ago. For the week ending September 20, an additional 98 cases were reported.
HHS says 25 people were hospitalized for COVID-19 the week ending September 20.
