FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Jay Barker, the man accused of robbing a Wells Fargo bank in August, appeared in Cass County Court on September 17.
The hearing saw the dismissal of the state’s charges in the alleged bank robbery, likely leaving the door open for federal charges to be filed.
Barker had been charged with theft and robbery, both of which were dismissed. We will provide further updates if/when those federal charges are filed.
