(FARGO) – The Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce (The Chamber) is unveiling “The Pulse,” a bold new program that will tackle the community’s most pressing issues. The Pulse replaces the Eggs and Issues program, offering a fresh approach that will captivate and motivate attendees in new ways.
The Pulse will now be hosted monthly at the Microsoft campus in Fargo, N.D., offering an interactive experience featuring “Pulse” checks, where attendees will engage in live polling, providing real-time insights into the critical issues being discussed. This revitalized format not only educates but actively engages participants, ensuring that every voice is heard in shaping the future of our region.
“After months of dedicated work, we’re excited to launch The Pulse —a platform that will unite industry leaders, key public figures and community members to confront the most critical issues facing our region,” said Chamber President and CEO, Shannon Full. “By focusing on workforce development, education, public policy, health and safety, The Pulse is a catalyst that drives the continued growth and prosperity of Fargo Moorhead West Fargo.”
The inaugural Pulse event on Tuesday, September 17, will explore the power of generational diversity in today’s workforce. With doors opening at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast and networking, the event will feature four community leaders from the Boomer, Gen X. Millennial and Gen Alpha generations. Attendees will learn how unique experiences and values influence each generation’s work. The morning will also include an honest exploration of real-life workplace challenges related to work ethics and communication styles.
