FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – According to court documents, the felony jury trial for former Cass County Deputy Carson Quam is scheduled for January 26, 2026.
Quam is facing 10 counts of possession of certain prohibited materials.
Back in June, District Court Judge Daniel Narum denied a motion to suppress a search warrant in which evidence was collected at Quam’s home.
During the search warrant at Quam’s home, 8 items were seized, including multiple phones, a laptop, a tablet, and a USB drive.
A pretrial conference is scheduled via Zoom on Monday, December 15, at 11:15 a.m.
